Christina Tosi (born 1981) is an American chef and cookbook author. She is founder and co-owner with Momof*cku of Milk Bar and serves as its chef and chief executive officer. Food & Wine magazine included her in their 2014 list of "Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink".

Milk Bar (originally Momof*cku Milk Bar) is a chain of dessert and bakery restaurants in the United States, founded by chef Christina Tosi. As of 2023, the chain has branches in New York City; Los Angeles; Washington, D.C.; Las Vegas; and Bellevue, Washington.

Famous for concocting unusual and truly unique desserts, including Cereal milk ice cream, the famous Milk Bar Pie (originally called “Crack Pie”), and a legendary sweet corn ice cream and compost cookie, Tosi brought a whimsy and creative nature to desserts and sweets that restaurants hadn't yet seen.

Hence the name. Milk bars were where you bought milk, milkshakes, soft drinks, choccies and lollies. Bakers sold bread, cakes, etc. Greengrocers sold fresh fruits and vegetables.

Christina Tosi married her husband, restaurateur and fellow foodie Will Guidara, in 2016. Christina established herself as a leading figure in the culinary world before embarking on a career as a media personality. She and her other half, Will Guidara, are fairly private people.

His company Momof*cku was widely criticized for sending cease and desist letters to other food brands for using the term "chili crunch." Momof*cku had apparently trademarked the term, even though many people in the food industry believe it's too generic of a term to trademark.

Last week Momof*cku posted to their Instagram announcing their departure from the Shangri-La Hotel, and now the prestigious Mott 32 is confirmed to be taking over the space in the new year.

In 2005 Tosi was introduced to renowned chef David Chang, founder of Momof*cku restaurants. She worked for Chang's restaurant in business operations but she never gave up her love for baking. After creating Momof*cku's popular dessert menu Chang gave Tosi the seed money to open the first Milk Bar store in 2008.
