Think of them kind of like egg muffins, but just way simpler because you don’t have to add any fillings! Just crack and GO.

Eggs are a staple in my house, and Mr. FFF and I eat them all. the. Time. I love me a plate of cod scrambled eggs for breakfast, healthy deviled eggs for a party appetizer, and zucchini noodles with pesto fried eggs for dinner! Eggs are such a great way to get your protein intake during the day and there are so many ways to cook and enjoy them! You could do air fryer hard boiled eggs, fried eggs or what I am going to show you today! Today’s recipe is going to show you how to make eggs in the oven quickly and easily, and it’s the PERFECT way to feed eggs to a crowd! Cooking eggs was never so fast and simple, and they make a really healthy breakfast too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 12large eggs(or as many as you want)
  • salt/pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Crack

Crack each egg into a muffin cavity, being careful not the break the yolk. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.

Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the yolk is cooked to your desired consistency. (If they don’t come out the pan right away, just run a butter knife around the edges.)

Like I said, these eggs are great to feed a crowd on Thanksgivingor Christmas morning (or ANY morning, for that matter) for breakfast.
