I liked my coworkers and we receive a decent discount with larger discounts periodically throughout the year.
Cons of working at Kohl's
Kohl's as a company is in a transitional period with many changes, some that I do not like. Additionally, their technology doesn't not support such a huge operation and they do not pay as well as competitors.
