What is Partners Connect? ›

The Partner Connect service integrates your business partners into your organization by implementing encrypted connections for secure, reliable and integrity-protected communication. Our service then monitors the usage, availability and performance of the business-critical partner connections.

Partner Connect lets you easily create trial accounts with selected Snowflake business partners and integrate these accounts with Snowflake.

Facts about Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

You can use funds in your FSA to pay for certain medical and dental expenses for you, your spouse if you're married, and your dependents. You can spend FSA funds to pay deductibles and copayments, but not for insurance premiums.

Who manages my FSA? ›

The go-to guide or main resource for your FSA is your FSA provider, also known as a Third Party Administrator (TPA). FSA administrators will work with your employer to directly administer your FSA plan, and will know all the specifics about coverage, balance, and coordinate the claims process.

A flexible spending account allows employees to pay for healthcare costs with pretax dollars. Employees choose the contribution amounts to an FSA, which are deducted from their gross pay and reduce taxable income for that year. FSAs are only accessible through an employer and cannot be obtained through self-employment.

FSAs are owned by an employer, and any unused funds must be forfeited back to them at the end of the year (or end of the grace period) or when an employee leaves the company. HSAs, on the other hand, are owned by the consumer, or employee.

Unused FSA money returns to your employer. The funds can be used towards offsetting administrative costs incurred during the plan year, employers can also reduce salary reductions in the next FSA year, or funds must be equally distributed to employees who enroll in an FSA for the next year.
