Shoe Width Chart for Men | Visit HealthyFeetStore.com (1)

Do you know your ideal shoe width? Most men don’t. It doesn’t help that different manufacturers use different width sizing conventions. Shoe widths D, M, MW, and R all refer to roughly the same width, and E and EE are also the same (but not EEE). Confused? We get it. That’s why we’ve created this simple shoe width chart for men. With one quick measurement, you’ll soon be able to find your perfect shoe width for any major manufacturer.

How to Use Our Men’s Shoe Width Chart

  1. Trace the outline of your foot with a piece of paper and pen (you can wear the socks you’d normally wear with shoes, but no other footwear).
  2. Use a ruler to measure the width of your foot at the widest point.
  3. Locate your shoe size on our shoe width chart and then locate your measured width on the same row.
  4. Identify the corresponding "Standard Width" at the top of the column. You can now see your ideal width plus all of the sizing codes that go along with it.

To see this process in action, refer to our shoe width measurement videos.
