"With the views and comfort of this unit I was able to get well deserved rest and have peace and serenity. Everything I needed to cook and just enjoy was included in the unit. I have stayed in these units several times over the last three to four years and have enjoyed them each time. The swimming pool within the community provides the opportunity for me to work out each and every day. The Keystone manager co has always be the BEST top notch professional always willing to help and assist. I have stayed at many places on the Oregon coast as this is one of my favorite rest spots but I keep coming back to keystone the properties are so well maintained. You cannot go wrong with any of the units in this development for comfort, location and amenities"

"We stayed at this unit to see the king tide. It couldn't have been better! The unit was immaculate, the views were gorgeous, the waves crashing over the rocks are something we'll never forget! Even my husband was impressed, and that's saying something! The memory foam bed in the master bedroom is a little hard to get out of. It doesn't want to let you out! Other than that, perfect! Was hoping to rent it again for the upcoming king tides, but unfortunately, it's all booked! Obviously, other people have found this gem! Enjoy!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful 4 day stay in Captain Quarters. Weather was sunny for the most part and waves were huge. Great view from living room. We had to call staff for help when couldn’t find ironing board and when wife plugged garbage disposal. They came and fixed it promptly. We made repeat reservations for May 2024."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay on the coast. The unit is large with a great view, wider glass area than most other condos, right on the water. The unit is always clean, quiet and well equipped. We enjoy the seafood restaurants nearby and tried a new one in Glendon called Side Door just up the road."

"This was our sixth time booking through Keystone Vacation. We love the Depoe Bay condos the most. This particular condo was perfect for our 17th wedding anniversary getaway. They are always super clean and well decorated. We did a lot of eating out this trip and enjoyed all of the local restaurants. I don’t really want to recommend it though because then it is always booked!"

"First time staying on the top floor, awesome views from the large balcony. My wife and I live 6 hours NE which is a high dessert, so the views, sounds of the ocean are simply mesmerizing, especially with a glass of red or port!! We loved the modern look of the condo. Love the Oregon coast

"We stay at Keystone properties every year at either Depoe Bay or Lincoln City and love them both. Captain's Quarters is an amazing, and clean, condo with comfortable furnishings and of course incredible views from the top floor. We were there for 5 nights and had a couple of days with beautiful sunsets and another day with a big storm including high winds and torrential rain. We'll be back next year!"

"The photos are accurate but the place is so much better once you walk in. The kitchen is well equipped and the electric BBQ was easy to work with. The complex is quiet which allows a relaxed feeling when enjoying the view and sound of the water. There is no beach access but we didn't mind at all because we prefer the rocks over sand. There was just two of us but this place has good comfort for a party of four. We are considering a return next year with parents. Location is a short drive to Newport where you will find a Safeway and Walmart, and a short drive to Lincoln City where you can shop at the outlets and find lots of places to eat. "Captain’s Quarters rates among one of the best places that we’ve stayed. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The ocean view from the deck, or just about every window, was outstanding. The kitchen amenities had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. The master bed was very comfortable and listening to the ocean as we fell asleep was very soothing. After a long drive, I was pleasantly surprised to find a luggage cart available to get our luggage to the third floor condo. Repeated trips to the car would have been the alternative and I’m getting too old for that. Overall this has become our favorite location for vacation. Try Tidal Raves for dinner or lunch, more beautiful views."

"This is our third year in a row staying here, however, it's our first stay in the Captain's Quarters. You can't beat this view of the ocean, it's so enjoyable to have the windows open and hear the waves crashing right outside. The condo is very spacious and desinged and furnished well. The open floor plan gives you an ocean view from every room except the front bedroom. We don't make a lot of plans, because our relaxation is enjoying the view and the sounds of the water.The living room is very comfortable and the smart TV was great to have. We mirrored a laptop to the TV and were able to stream our shows that way. The wifi was fast, it never cut out on us. They do have most of your basic cable TV channels as well, and I found a lot of movie CDs in the cupboard that faces the sofa. The kitchen had most everything you would need if you plan on cooking meals. The appliances are very nice and you'll want to bring some ground coffee if you're a coffee drinker. The beds were very comfortable, they are the memory foam mattresses and I should have untucked the sheets to see what brand they are, because they were that comfortable! The bathrooms are huge and the master closet is huge too. It's so enjoyable spending time in this complex, I can't wait to visit again.Some places we like to eat: Burger 101 - The closest you'll get to In-n-Out burger, very friendly staff.Nelscott Cafe - Discovered this gem of a breakfast place and it lives up to the reviews. Large portions of scratch made food and you have to try the cinnamon rolls. Wildflower Cafe - Great for breakfast, love the eggs benedict. Fathoms Bar at The Inn at Spanish Head - It's on the 9th floor with a great view. They have happy hour specials, fun drinks and bar food. I hear the restaurant is good too, it's on my list to try."

"We arrived on Monday 9/24 it was windy but beautiful. Our unit was on the top floor and had amazing views of the pod of whales right off our unit. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom unit that was very spacious and clean. We had dinner at Tidal Raves which is just down the road and had a very good meal and fantastic sunset. The next day we again enjoyed being out on our deck. We walked the beach, shopped Depoe Bay and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We returned to our unit to enjoy lunch on the deck. The swimming pool and hot tub was very relaxing. We ate at Side Door neat Gleneden. We highly recommend this restaurant. We have stayed at this property many times and highly recommend it. We have always had beautifully clean and comfortable"

"One week of very relaxing days! Foggy weather so really enjoyed the comfortable condo and using the pool and jacuzzi. Lovely to go to sleep hearing the sound of the surf from the front bedroom. Big Mountain Coffee Co a nice find just up the road; excellent coffee roasted only a pound or two at a time. Gracie's Sea Hag chowder always a plus! Easy drive to either Newport or Lincoln City; also went to Yachats one afternoon to shop at art galleries. Great week!"
