The company started selling globally in 1997. After a raft of celebrity endorsed advertising, Skechers has become one of the US's fastest growing footwear brands and is reported to be the third largest athletic footwear company in the US.
How Do Skechers Fit
When it comes to finding your perfect pair of Skechers, the great news is you can choose from a variety of different fitting options. Skechers classic fit come in a medium width, which is a B width for women and a D width for men. This is made to fit the average foot. A 'B' or 'D' width gets slightly wider as the foot gets longer which tends to accommodate the typical foot size. However, Skechers understand that every foot is different, so they provide different fitting options too.
Skechers relaxed fit provide the same width in the heel as their classic fit but they have extra room around the toes, which is the equivalent of an 'E' width for men and a 'C' width for women's Skechers. Can Skechers Shoes be Machine Washed?
If your Skechers are not made from leather, they can usually be machine washed on a gentle cycle. Apply a protectant spray before washing to help guard against water stains. After washing, let your Skechers air dry. If your shoes have Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, they should be left to dry for 10 to 12 hours.
Are Skechers Waterproof?
Skechers aren't waterproof, but you can add some level of weatherproofing by using a waterproof spray before you wear them.
